During a two-day Health Subcommittee hearing entitled, "Combating the Opioid Crisis: Prevention and Public Health Solutions," Rep. Hudson questioned witnesses, including Dr. John Holaday, Chairman and CEO of DisposeRx, the country's leading site-of-use medication disposal company which is located in Southern Pines, N.C., in Rep. Hudson's district.

Today, U.S. Representative Richard Hudson (NC-08) introduced legislation with Rep. Mark Walker (NC-06) to rename a United States Postal Service Office in Greensboro, N.C. as the "J. Howard Coble Post Office Building." The post office to be renamed is located at 1585 Yanceyville Street. The introduction of this bill comes before what would have been Howard Coble's 87th birthday on March 18th.
