The legislation was cosponsored by Rep. Anna Eshoo (CA-18), the Health Subcommittee Chair. This is the second bill introduced by Rep. Hudson this week focused on pandemic preparedness issues.

This bill permanently blocks attempts by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to regulate modified motor vehicles used for racing. Rep. Hudson is an original cosponsor of the bill, which was introduced this month by Rep. Patrick McHenry (NC-10).

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Following the Biden administration's action to waive sanctions on the Russian Nord Stream II pipeline, U.S. Representative Richard Hudson (NC-08), a member of the House Energy Action Team, introduced a resolution today opposing the pipeline and urging President Biden to stand up to Russia. It also calls out the Biden administration for reversing on previous statements made against Nord Stream II.
