Hudson Statement on President Obama’s FY 2015 Budget Proposal

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, U.S. Representative Richard Hudson (NC-08) released the following statement after President Obama released his 2015 budget proposal.

“I am disappointed in President Obama’s blatantly political budget proposal that grows the government instead of the economy and fails to offer real solutions to our nation’s spending problem,” said Rep. Hudson. “Our hardworking families deserve more jobs, more opportunities and more take-home pay, but this proposal increases taxes at their expense so that Washington’s bureaucrats can spend even more. My colleagues and I are ready to work with the administration to find common ground, but President Obama has once again chosen to play politics.”
