Hudson Statement on King v. Burwell

WASHINGTON, D.C.– Today, U.S. Representative Richard Hudson (NC-08) released the following statement in response to the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling on King v. Burwell:

“Today’s ruling doesn’t change the fact that Obamacare is wreaking havoc across our country and hurting millions of Americans. Because of Obamacare, too many patients are unable to afford or access the quality care they deserve. Millions of folks all across the country have been impacted by Obamacare with fewer working hours, higher health care costs, and plans they don’t want, and those are the people I will continue to fight for – not a broken, harmful law. I remain committed to repealing Obamacare and protecting North Carolinians from its shortcomings while advancing patient-centered, commonsense reforms that lower health care costs and protect jobs.”
