Hudson Statement on Holding Retirement

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, U.S. Representative Richard Hudson (NC-08) released the following statement on the retirement of Rep. George Holding (NC-02):

“George Holding is one of the finest individuals and most outstanding legislators to ever serve in the U.S. Congress. His retirement is a loss for the state of North Carolina. It has been an honor serving with George who has become a dear and trusted friend,” said Rep. Hudson. “As a leader on the Ways and Means Committee, George has accomplished big things – lowering taxes on hardworking families, fighting for our farmers and rural communities, and protecting innovation in health care.
