Hudson Statement on CR Announcement
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today U.S. Representative Richard Hudson (NC-08) released the following statement after the U.S. Senate announced an agreement on a short-term continuing resolution (CR) through February 8th:
"A CR until February and no border wall funding? Give me a break," said Rep. Richard Hudson."Kicking the can down the road will not secure our border. Speaker Nancy Pelosi will not support building the wall and we’ll have zero leverage. We have a crisis on our southern border and we’ve got to fight now to get this done."
