Hudson: “Delay is only the first step”

WASHINGTON- U.S. Representative Richard Hudson (NC-08) released the following statement after the House voted to delay Obamacare’s employer and individual mandates:

“Today’s vote was a matter of basic fairness for all Americans. The President’s idea that we should give big businesses a break under Obamacare, but still punish and burden small businesses and families, is indefensible. The fact of the matter is, the President’s health care law is fundamentally flawed and unworkable and this delay is only the first step toward full repeal. The American people deserve true bipartisan, patient-centered reforms that will make health care more accessible and affordable and I will keep fighting every day to achieve that goal.”
