Hudson Appointed Chairman of the Transportation Security Subcommittee
Washington, DC- Homeland Security Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX) announced that U.S. Representative Richard Hudson will be appointed the Chairman of the Transportation Security Subcommittee. Hudson released the following statement.
“I want to extend my gratitude to Homeland Security Chairman McCaul for his leadership on the committee and for placing confidence in me to be the next Chairman of this important Subcommittee. Our nation faces a real challenge in strengthening the security of our transportation systems and I am committed to providing the proper oversight so we can continue to protect our travelers, job-creators, and commercial interests on a daily basis.
