Six months ago, our community was attacked.
Two substations in Moore County were intentionally attacked on the evening of December 3rd, leaving my house and 45,000 of our neighbors without power for up to ten days.

That’s more than the average household income for an entire family in North Carolina. It’s also your share of our nation’s astonishing $31 trillion debt. When I think about my seven-year-old son being saddled with a $95,000 bill before he even enters the 2nd grade, I can’t help but be worried about his future and all our children and grandchildren.

President Reagan understood the importance of getting America’s economy in order. Yet our crippling debt, now at over $30 trillion, continues to threaten our standing in the world and must be addressed.

There is one word that can sum up the first 100 days of the 118th Congress—Results.
Under Speaker McCarthy, House Republicans have passed more bills and had a more productive start than last Congress. And last Congress we had one-party in charge of the House, Senate, and the White House. Every day, House Republicans are delivering results and fighting for you.
What would the Founding Fathers think if they were here today?
In my opinion, it wouldn’t be self-driving cars or the internet that would surprise them the most. I think it would be the size of our government.
