Spring is just around the corner, but that’s not the only reason to rejoice. For my family, like many of you, this time is especially joyous because it’s Easter.

Under President Biden’s failed leadership, the State of the Union is in crisis. He can try to convince the American people his policies are working, but after his address last week, one thing is clear — they’re not buying it.
While the holiday season was a special time for celebration and cheer, the New Year is one for reflecting on the past and looking to the future. There have been many challenges over the first year of the 118th Congress. Still, one thing has never faltered: my unwavering commitment to serving you and our community.
For my family and many of yours, the holiday season is the best time of the year. From decking the halls to exchanging gifts with loved ones and friends, our joyful holiday traditions serve as a bright light in uncertain times.
One year ago, on the evening of December 3rd, 2022, our community was intentionally attacked. Our home, along with 45,000 of our neighbors, went without power for days. In the middle of a winter cold spell, I was concerned about people who were unable to heat their homes.

This week, families in our community and across our nation will gather to celebrate Thanksgiving, one of the most cherished holidays we have as Americans.
