Reps. Richard Hudson & Roger Williams Condemn the Biden Admin's Attacks on Second Amendment Rights
WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Representative Richard Hudson (R-NC) joined Representative Roger Williams (R-TX) and their colleagues to introduce a resolution condemning the Biden Administration’s recent actions to strip Americans of the right to bear arms and reaffirming the House of Representatives’ continued support for the Second Amendment.
"President Biden and his radical gun grabbing bureaucrats are going to take away your right to keep and bear arms," said Rep. Hudson."As a fierce defender of the Second Amendment, I'm proud to help lead the fight to stop them."

Background
- On May 30, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce implemented their new rule that would limit the commercial export of firearms.
- In June of 2023, Rep. Hudson voted to disapprove of a new rule by the ATF that would reclassify stabilizing braces used by veterans in order to safely participate in in safer recreational shooting.
