Academy Nominations

Note: this application is for the 2018 - 2019 cycle for applicants enrolling in an academy in the fall of 2019.  My office will accept applications beginning August 1, 2018 through 5:00 p.m. on November 1, 2018. Applications received after this date and time may not be eligible for consideration.

Thank you for your interest in the U.S. Service Academies.

As your Representative in the U.S. House of Representatives, each year I have the privilege of nominating a limited number of people to four of the five service academies. The honor of attending a service academy comes with an obligation and commitment to serve in the military for a minimum of five years upon graduation. Please see the Service Academy Nominations FAQ page for more detailed information and attend our Service Academy Day.

Best wishes to you as you pursue your goal of attending one of the U.S. Service Academies and serving our country.

To apply for a service academy nomination from my office, please complete the form below and submit with the other required items to the Concord District Office by 5:00 p.m. on November 1, 2018.
